The application discloses a device for transferring a substrate, comprising a base placed on which a substrate is arranged; a supporting unit traversing the base so as to support the substrate; and a driving unit used for moving the supporting unit up or down. The device for transferring a substrate utilizes a thin plate of the supporting unit to support the substrate so as to avoid damage of the substrate caused by nonuniform colors. |
