The present invention relates to a supporting member of a heat treating device for a glass substrate, which comprises: an upper base member which faces a glass substrate; a substrate supporting member which supports the glass substrate; a substrate heating member to heat the glass substrate which is supported by the upper base member; and a lower base member which faces the upper base member. The upper base member and the lower base member are formed to be split, and the substrate heating member is installed by protruding to the upper base member, and arranged multiply to the vertical and the horizontal direction. The present invention has an effect of rapidly cooling and evenly heating the each part of the glass substrate; simply cleaning the substrate supporting member; simplifying the maintenance work; protecting the all kinds of connectors and cables for supplying the power to the lamp for heating the substrate from the heat. |
