Disclosed are an improved nozzle lip, a method for manufacturing the same, and a slit die and a coating apparatus having the same. The nozzle lip according to the present invention comprises: a body part; and a nozzle part provided at a part of a lower portion of the body part, wherein the nozzle part is integrally formed with the body part by thermal spraying of ultra-light powder to a stepped portion preprocessed at the part of the lower portion of the body part. The method for manufacturing the nozzle lip according to the present invention comprises the steps of: providing a body part having a preprocessed stepped portion at a part of a lower portion thereof; forming a nozzle part integrated with the body part by coating the stepped portion with ultra-light powder through thermal spraying; and polishing the surface of the nozzle part.
