PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for draining leaf vegetables, capable of draining without damaging leaf vegetables and without drying too much in order to leave deliciousness when tearing off each leaf of the leaf vegetables and washing and draining it.SOLUTION: An apparatus for draining leaf vegetables includes a transportation conveyor belt for transporting leaf vegetables in a curved shape, a guidance conveyor belt for pressing and spreading the leaf vegetables in cooperation with the transportation conveyor belt, and a nozzle for jetting air from both the surface sides of the spread leaf vegetables to drain. |
