PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decontaminating system configured to reliably and quickly decontaminate the soil and water of farm fields which are contaminated with a radioactive material, try to perform precise decontamination and improve the efficiency of decontamination, make the soil better by adding a soil activator to the soil after decontamination, and encourage the resumption of farming by restoring the soil into the former farm fields, while trying to precisely separate/condense the radioactive material adhered or deposited to the soil from the soil and performing a volume reduction of the contaminated soil and a safe processing of the radioactive material.SOLUTION: A decontamination object 2 which is contaminated with a radioactive material is introduced and eluted into acid eluting solvent 56. The decontamination object includes a contaminated soil 17 and a contaminated liquid. One or both of the contaminated soil 17 and the contaminated liquid of the decontamination object are collected so as to be introduced into the eluting solvent 56. The radioactive material eluted into the eluting solvent 56, the decontamination object 2, and the contaminated soil 17 are subjected to a solid-liquid separation. The soil which is separated from the eluting solvent 56 and decontaminated is collected. The eluting solvent 56 which is separated from the soil and elutes the radioactive material is condensed. |
