PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening fixture that can easily cancel fastening fixation while ensuring accuracy of fastening torque at fastening fixation, and provide an electric power source connection structure that properly performs fastening fixation at normal use with the fastening fixture and can easily cancel the fastening fixation at emergency.SOLUTION: A fastening fixture 1 includes: a fastening body part 11 having a female screw part 111 provided at one end thereof so as to be screwable with a male screw, and an engagement part 112 provided at the other end thereof so as to be engageable with a tool for fastening; and a handle part 12 extended toward an outer peripheral side from the outer peripheral side surface of the fastening body part 11. The outer diameter dimension of the handle part 12 is set to be larger than the outer diameter of the engagement part 112.
