摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine vision inspection system including two cameras having a rotary offset.SOLUTION: The machine vision inspection system includes an optical section providing an image of a visual field of a workpiece, which can be an enlarged image. A first camera and a second camera are configured to provide the first and the second images of shared or common visual field of the workpiece, and a direction of the common visual field captured by the first camera is arranged so as to rotate from a direction of the common visual field captured by the second camera. Signal processing provides an edge measurement of an edge element in the common visual field, and determines whether one of the first and the second images is used as a basis of the edge measurement, on the basis of whether only threshold amount is different or not, from a pixel array direction of the camera associated with each edge direction (for a pixel array of each camera).
