An electrostatic induction conversion device comprises an input side electrostatic actuator and an output side electrostatic actuator. The input side electrostatic actuator has a first fixed electrode and a first movable electrode facing the first fixed electrode. The output side electrostatic actuator has a second movable electrode coupled to the first movable electrode through a link mechanism member for increasing or reducing the amount of displacement occurring along the first movable electrode and a second fixed electrode facing the second movable electrode. In the electrostatic induction conversion device, a permanently charged film is provided on the electrode surface on the movable electrode side or the fixed electrode side of the input and output side electrostatic actuators.
