Electromagnetic-induction electrophoresis analyzer comprising a ferromagnetic toroidal core (1) coupled to an electric induction coil (2) through which flows an input alternating current that induces the formation of a variable magnetic flow confined to the aforementioned core, that generates alternating electrical current induced in the support (3), forcing the migration of molecules bearing electric charge, taken from the sample being analyzed. An injector (4) mounted at one end of the support enables the sample to be inserted, while a detector (5) installed at the opposite end monitors the movement of the discrete components and sends an electronic signal to a microcomputer, which processes the data and makes it available to the operator. Inserting a fast electric switch (6) such as a diode, connecting the ends of the support, enables the induced circuit to be opened and closed at the same frequency as the alternating current in the inductor, causing the particles to move in a single direction and consequently to be separated by differential migration.
|
