<p>The embodiments of the present invention relate to a Web Desktop operating method and a Web Desktop device. The method includes: receiving a request for operating a first network file sent by a terminal, the request carrying the identification information and type information about the first network file; sending a virtual application delivery request to a virtual application server, the virtual application delivery request carrying the type information about the first network file; and receiving a first virtual application delivered by the virtual application server, and according to the identifier of the first network file, operating the first network file, wherein the first virtual application is determined by the virtual application server according to the type information about the first network file. The embodiments of the present invention, with a virtual application supported by a virtual application server as the basis, extends the application range of Web Desktop, and saves the cost for development of online applications aimed at Web Desktop.</p> |
