摘要 The present invention relates to hydrophilic silicon particles comprising, on the surface thereof, 1-30 mol% of one or more types of components selected from the group consisting of: (a) a partially hydrolyzed silsesquioxane (T2) or silica (Q3) containing one hydroxyl group; (b) a partially hydrolyzed silsesquioxane (T1) or silica (Q2) containing two hydroxyl groups; (c) a silica (Q1) containing three hydroxyl groups; and (d) a hydrolyzed disiloxane (D1) containing a hydroxyl group; core-shell particles comprising: a core comprising the hydrophilic silicon particles and a shell encompassing the surface of the core, and comprising silica, hydroxysilica or titanium dioxide; and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the particles are readily dispersed in water due to water absorption and hydrophilicity and have excellent compatibility, heat resistance, and feel, and thus can be introduced into various formulations of cosmetic products. Accordingly, it is possible to manufacture a cosmetic composition or an emulsion containing the particles of the present invention.
