PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance utilization efficiency of wiring resources and alleviate noise interference from a peripheral wiring caused by capacitive coupling or inductive coupling, concerning an inductor element and an integrated circuit device.SOLUTION: At layer levels mutually neighboring in a vertical direction, a coil element composed of a metal wiring lying along each main wiring direction is provided to at least each of two layer levels mutually different in main wiring directions. A coil wound by being viewed from a lamination direction of each of the coil elements is constituted by connecting each of the coil elements to a coil element provided in a different layer level, and an extension coil element formed by extending a coil element from both terminals of the coil is provided. |
