PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform setting operation on an apparatus or browse a situation of the apparatus by using a target apparatus which is communicably connected to the apparatus and is accessed by an operator terminal, when a trouble is not in the target apparatus accessed by the operator terminal but in the apparatus, where labor and time in authentication work is mitigated by storing authentication information in the access.SOLUTION: A portable type terminal 10 solves a failure in an electric appliance 50 by detecting the electric appliance 50 connected to a local area network to which the portable type terminal 10 is connected according to an instruction from an operator terminal 150, and making it possible to perform setting operation on the electric appliance 50 from the operator terminal 150, where accessing the electric appliance 50 by using authentication information stored in an operator server 100 or the like makes it possible to omit input of the authentication information at the operator terminal 150. |
