PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably storing a biological sample at room temperature.SOLUTION: A biological sample 1 is immersed, mixed and kept in a composition containing at least one polyol with maximum 100 wt.% and at least one additive with 0 to 99% wt.%. A container with a lid provided with an immersion auxiliary tool 3 and a mixed device 4 such as a container 1 is used for sample preparation and storage. A biology tissue sample prepared by this method can be subjected to histological analysis, nucleic acid analysis, and protein analysis even after being kept under moderate conditions, such as at room temperature or on a cold storage. |
