PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sporting pants little restricting vertical movements of the legs and an opening of the inner thighs when pitching, and having high motional functionality.SOLUTION: Sporting pants (1) includes a front piece (2), a back piece (3), and a gusset (4) disposed from the inner thighs between the front piece (2) and the back piece (3) to hems (4). A back piece of the gusset (4) has a shape covering a continuous area including gluteal folds, the inner 1/3 of the adducent muscles, the centers of the popliteal spaces or parts inside the centers, central parts of the peroneus and the distal 1/3 of the Achilles tendons. When the sporting pants are viewed from the front, the gusset (4) is located at the inner thigh upper parts, the back piece (3) is located at outside both knees, and the front piece (2) has a X-leg shape. When being viewed from the back, the back piece (3) has an O-leg shape. When being viewed from the side, the back piece (3) has a shape along the knees in a bending posture. Preferably, the gusset (4) protrudes to a position 70-75% for the waist of the front piece with respect to the 1/2 of the leg openings. |
