PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination, composition, and kit containing hyaluronan dialytic ferments such as soluble hyaluronidases for treating a hyaluronan related condition, a disease, and a disorder.SOLUTION: A medicinal composition contains soluble hyaluronidases modified by conjugation with polymer. The medicinal composition treats a subject by a method including steps of: (a) measuring hyaluronan expression or hyaluronan in a sample derived from the subject; and (b) administrating a composition containing the soluble hyaluronidases to the subject, when hyaluronan expression or hyaluronan in a sample derived from the subject increases or is in a level which indicates the disease or condition. In particular, the polymer is sialylate or pegylated portion, in the method, the medicinal composition, or the usage. |
