An antibody purification method using a temperature-responsive protein (A), the method using different buffer solutions in a cleaning step, in which a fixed phase having the temperature-responsive protein (A) is cleaned, and an elution step, in which antibodies captured in the fixed phase are eluted. The method involves a cleaning step for cleaning a fixed phase by using a buffer solution which has a first salt concentration and which has a temperature at which antibodies bind with a temperature-responsive protein (A), and an elution step for eluting the antibodies captured in the fixed phase by using a buffer solution which has a second salt concentration that is lower than the first salt concentration and which has a temperature at which the antibodies separates from the temperature-responsive protein (A).
