A trading system which performs a dynamic resource management and a providing method thereof are disclosed. The trading system which performs the dynamic resource management includes: a determination module which determines a resource mode among multiple preset resource modules according to events generated in the trading system or a data processing system; and a control module which dynamically controls a certain resource from the data processing system depending on the resource mode determined in the determination module or dynamically controls the performance period or performance time of a specific activity which the trading system performs depending on the resource mode determined by the determination module.
