摘要 PURPOSE: An oil-less sliding bearing of a composite sintered structure is provided to harden iron of a sliding layer with graphite in thermal treatment, thereby improving the durability of abrasion and a load carrying capacity. CONSTITUTION: An oil-less sliding bearing of a composite sintered structure comprises a sliding layer(200), a steel support base(100), and a welded portion(300). The sliding layer is formed in an inner cylindrical part of a cylindrical combined body(500R). The sliding layer is formed into a sintered layer of Fe-Cu based alloy powder. As the sliding layer is sintered, an outer cylindrical part is welded. The outer cylindrical part is formed by the steel support base and the steel support base is made of a weldable low-carbon steel materials. The welded portion is formed in the outer cylindrical part in a longitudinal direction.
