摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a back surface solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same, capable of forming an N+ region first, and then forming a P+ region by using an etching technique to form a pattern. The method for manufacturing a back surface solar cell comprises the steps of: preparing a silicon substrate; forming an N+ region having a certain depth on the back surface of the silicon substrate; etching, in a certain depth, on the back surface of the substrate corresponding to a portion on which a P+ region is to be formed so that a groove part is formed; forming the P+ region having a certain depth in the groove part; and forming a P electrode and an N electrode on the P+ region and the N+ region, respectively. The back surface solar cell can be manufactured by forming the N+ region first and then forming the P+ region so that the N+ region and the P+ region are not connected to each other, thereby preventing the electrical leakage.
