摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cladding for a lithium ion battery which has sufficient resistance to an electrolyte without chromating and also has superior deep drawing moldability and high quality, and is easily manufactured and superior in productivity.SOLUTION: A cladding 1 for a lithium ion battery includes a first adhesive layer 12 containing an adhesive, an aluminum foil layer 13 having an anticorrosive treatment layer 14 provided on at least one surface, a second adhesive layer 15 containing an adhesive or adhesive resin, and a sealant layer 16 laminated in order on one surface of a base material layer 11. The base material layer has a film base material (A) such that a difference (α2-α) between ductility (α1) up to a yield point and ductility (α2) up to a fracture point measured based upon JIS-K7127 in at least one of an MD direction and a TD direction is 100% or larger.
