The turbocharger housing includes a hollow main body (10) in which the compressor unit (30), turbine unit (50) and central shaft (40) are mounted. A heat-dissipating layer (20) is coated on the outer surface of the main body and the coating has a number of carbon nano-capsules (CNCs). The CNCs are mixed with water-based inorganic resins to form a liquid (or flowable) heat-dissipating coating, the coating being 7 weight percent (wt.%) CNCs and 93 weight % water-based inorganic resins after the coating has dried. The thickness of the dried heat-dissipating layer (20) is 20-50 microns.
