Provided are a touch induction layer and manufacturing method thereof, the manufacturing method of the touch induction layer comprising the following steps: (a) forming a first conductive layer on a substrate; (b) forming a second conductive layer on the first conductive layer; (c) synchronously patterning the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer to respectively form a patterned composite conductive layer and at least one peripheral lead; and (d) removing the second conductive layer from the patterned composite conductive layer to form at least one electrode, the peripheral lead(s) being electrically connected to the corresponding electrode(s). The present invention utilizes the manufacturing step of synchronous patterning to form an electrode and a peripheral lead, thus simplifying production process and improving manufacturing efficiency.
