The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing precast concrete and precast concrete manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing precast concrete according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a GFRP rebar assembly step of assembling a glass fiber reinforced plastic rebar corresponding to the shape of precast concrete products, a mold assembly step of assembling a precast concrete mold to allow the GFRP rebar to be arranged inside the mold, and a cement pouring step of mixing natural aggregates, recycled aggregates extracted from waste concrete, and cement, and pouring the mixture into the mold.
