PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink that enables compact, thin and light design of a product while keeping high heat radiation performance, and a high-performance heat radiation structure having the heat sink.SOLUTION: In a heat sink 4 having a base plate 4A and plural heat radiation fins 4a which are provided in parallel to one another so as to be erected from the back surface of the base plate 4A, a high emissivity face 4a1 is formed at at least a part of one heat radiation surface of the heat radiation fin 4a, and a low emissivity face 4a2 having a lower emissivity than the high emissivity face 4a1 is formed at at least a part of the other heat radiation surface. The heat radiation fins 4a are configured so that the high emissivity face 4a1 and the low emissivity face 4a2 of the confronting heat radiation surfaces of the adjacent heat radiation fins 4a confront each other. A board 2 on which LED (light emitting diode) 1 is mounted is brought into close contact with the front surface of the heat sink 4 through a high heat transfer member 3 to construct a high heat radiation structure. |
