PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for conveying petroleum coke, in which the petroleum coke can be conveyed efficiently and utilized effectively as fuel.SOLUTION: The lumpy petroleum coke is pulverized in a vertical pulverizer 1. The pulverized petroleum coke is compressed and deaerated by a deaeration screw conveyor 10 so that the deaerated petroleum coke can be briquetted efficiently. The briquetted petroleum coke is packed in a flexible container bag F and the petroleum coke-packed bag is put on the bed of a truck 40 as freight so that the petroleum coke can be conveyed efficiently with high safety. The briquetted petroleum coke is gotten back into an original unbriquetted shape by a cracking machine 80 arranged in a facility having a combustion unit and the cracked petroleum coke is used as fuel.
