PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compounds useful for treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.SOLUTION: Novel pyrrolopyrazine derivatives which inhibit Janus kinase (JAK) and spleen tyrosine kinase (SYK) are represented by the formula I, where R represents an alkyl, heteroaryl, carbonyl group or the like that may be substituted or a nitrogen or oxygen atom that may be substituted, and Qrepresents a phenyl group forming a heterocycle or heteroaryl ring together. |
