PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external camera device for a vehicle and a vehicle having such an external camera device, for reflecting at least one visual field regulated by a law.SOLUTION: By constituting a flow channel 20 for a heat transport fluid in a camera holder 4, a camera optical system 36 arranged in the camera holder and an optical window 34 related to the camera optical system, are set at a temperature of not causing a problem of condensation of water, and water drops, frost and ice outside of the optical window are removed. Thus, the camera device 1 can be connected to air-conditioning equipment of the vehicle so that air-conditioning air from the inside 26 of the vehicle can also flow through the flow channel in the camera holder similarly to the heat transport fluid. The camera optical system and the optical window are set at the temperature of the heat transport fluid or the temperature of a flow of air from an air-conditioning system of the vehicle by this flow of the air or the heat transport fluid. |
