PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, an information processing method, a program, and an information processing system that are capable of contributing to effective notification of an unavailable period of a facility.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: an acquisition unit that acquires a facility use history of a user of a facility from a use history database; a use prediction unit that calculates use-predicted timing when the user is predicted to use the facility next on the basis of the facility use history of the user; and a determination unit that determines whether the use-predicted timing calculated by the use prediction unit is included in at least part of an unavailable period of the facility.
