PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leak current detection circuit capable of appropriately detecting leak current.SOLUTION: A current detection circuit considers that a leak has not occurred even when a leak resistance becomes low impedance and a voltage V4 is lowered, when the voltage V4 is not lower than a threshold voltage Vth3, and does not change a logical level of a detection signal Sdet. In other words, the detection signal Sdet is set to High. On the other hand, when the voltage V4 is lower than the threshold voltage Vth3, the current detection circuit considers that a switch SW2 is short-circuited, and the detection signal Sdet is set to Low. A drive circuit to which the detection signal Sdet is input operates when the detection signal Sdet is Low, and stops operation when the detection signal Sdet is High.
