PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet that has an anti-allergenic functional layer containing an anti-allergenic agent and a curable resin, the sheet being stacked on a synthetic resin layer with superior weatherproof adhesiveness.SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet which is formed by stacking a synthetic resin layer 1a, a primer layer 2 formed of a resin composition containing isocyanate and a resin that is cured by isocyanate, and an anti-allergenic functional layer 3 formed of a resin composition containing an anti-allergenic agent and a curable resin, the anti-allergenic functional layer 3 and the primer layer 2 are stacked while bringing their surfaces into contact with each other.
