PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge device having reduced pressure drop.SOLUTION: A discharge device 1000 comprises: a counter electrode 700 on the lower potential side including a plurality of planar parts 731 having a longitudinal flat plate shape arranged in approximately parallel to each other, a first connection part 733R for connecting respective one ends of the longitudinal planar parts 731, and a second connection part 733L for connecting respective other ends of the planar parts 731, which are integrally formed of a conductive plate-like body; and a linear shaped discharge electrode 300 on the higher potential side than the counter electrode 700. |
