PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image detection device which carries out an accurate measurement of an X-ray dosage even if a grid and a measurement pixel are deviated in their position relation relatively.SOLUTION: In a radiation image detection device, an image detection unit 30 is arranged behind a grid 14 with a grid pitch G. The image detection unit 30 has ordinary pixels 40a for detecting an X-ray image and measurement pixels 40b for measuring an X-ray dosage arranged two dimensionally. First measurement pixels 40b1 are pixels not located at positions of singular points where an output signal of the image detection unit 30 acquiring the X-ray image of the grid 14 is a maximal value or minimal value. Second measurement pixels 40b2 are pixels located at positions of singular points. The first and second pixels are positioned to satisfy following conditions. Firstly, a ratio fG/fN of a grid frequency fG and a Nyquist frequency fN of the pixels (40) is not odd. Secondly, when the grid 14 is shifted by one pixel for C times, the number of first measurement pixels 40b1 is larger than the number of second measurement pixels 40b2 in all the times within a range of a period C of a repetition pattern appearing on an acquired image. |
