<p>The present invention provides a coffee machine, including a water tank component comprising a water level detection apparatus for detecting the level of stored water remaining; and a control apparatus comprising a module for calculating the level of stored water remaining, wherein the water level detection apparatus sends detected information to the module for calculating the level of stored water remaining to calculate a value for the level of stored water remaining. At the same time, the control apparatus comprises a coarse-fine adjustment feedback apparatus, calculating a matching amount of ground coffee powder according to the value for the level of stored water remaining and controlling the operation of a bean-grinding apparatus. The water level detection apparatus comprises a set of electrodes arranged on the side wall of the water tank in the direction of the water level from high to low. The electrodes are used to convert position information about the water level into an electrical signal transmitted to the module for calculating the level of stored water. Using the conductivity of water, the set of conductor electrodes completely or partially conducts and feeds back the information to the control apparatus.
