<p>In order to prevent malfunctioning of a heater due to the connection work for the power supply wiring, this power supply structure for a heater is equipped with: a substrate comprising an electroconductive material; an insulation layer formed on the surface of the substrate; a resistance heating layer that is formed on the surface of the insulation layer and that generates heat when power is supplied; and power supply electrode parts provided on the surface of the insulation layer and electrically connected to the resistance heating layer. In addition, this power supply structure is characterized by being equipped with: terminal parts, which are arranged at a position on the substrate where the insulation layer is not formed, or on a relay board attached to the substrate, and which are provided such that the wiring for supplying power to the heater from the outside can be connected while being electrically insulated with respect to the substrate; and conductor parts, which electrically connect the power supply electrode parts and the terminal parts, with at least a portion of these conductor parts having flexibility.</p> |
