摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a system for controlling a blower including: a processing unit for calculating the optimum operational range of the blower according to the power consumption and blow capacity of the blower, and calculating the optimum operational condition of the blower based on the optimum operational range of the blower, the operational range of dissolved oxygen content in a biological reaction tank, and the minimum required value of dissolved oxygen content; and a control unit for controlling the blow amount of the blower according to both the optimum operational condition and the variation of dissolved oxygen content in the biological reaction tank, characterized in that the optimum operational condition is the condition that satisfies both the optimum operational range of the blower and the operational range of dissolved oxygen content which minimizes the power consumption, thus minimizing the power consumption of the blower by using the optimum operational range of the blower according to the power consumption and blow capacity of the blower and the operational range of dissolved oxygen content in the biological reaction tank.</p>
