The present invention relates to a production method of knife cut noodles with seafood which comprises the following steps: inserting sea tangle, spring onion, onion, and ground garlic in a stock container, and heating the mixture in medium heat for 3-5 hours to obtain stock; kneading high quality medium flour, starch powder, cooking oil, salt, and sodium bicarbonate, inserting the obtained dough in a plastic bag before sealing and low temperature aging, and compressing the aged dough into a noodle making machine for 13-20 times to obtain noodles; cleanly washing fresh baby octopus and abalone, removing mud from shellfish for two or more times, inserting the stock, vegetables, seasonings into a container before arranging the shellfish without mud, locating the fresh baby octopus and abalone over the shellfish before putting a lid and cooking; inserting the noodles into the container, and heating the mixture for 5-10 minutes. |
