<p>An inner and outer heat compound system and method for directly recovering heat of rotary kiln. The system comprises a base (6) on which a rolling cylinder (5) with a feeding port and a discharge port is arranged. The rolling cylinder (5) comprises an inner cylinder (22) and an outer cylinder (23), wherein the outer cylinder (23) is sleeved around the periphery of the inner cylinder (22) with a gap (24) kept between the outer cylinder (23) and the outer wall of the inner cylinder (22). The feeding end of the inner cylinder (22) is connected with the air inlet (16) of the secondary combustion chamber (2) arranged outside of the rolling cylinder, and the air outlet (17) of the secondary combustion chamber is communicated with the gap (24) between the inner and outer cylinders. The system utilizes the high temperature flue gas discharged from the secondary combustion chamber to heat the outer wall of the inner cylinder through the gap formed between the inner and outer cylinders of the rolling cylinder and exchange heat with the working medium in the inner cylinder, and therefore the waste heat is utilized.</p> |
