The present invention provides a quality of service (QoS) control method, device and system relating to the technical field of communications and implementing QoS control over a Machine Type Communication (MTC) client device. Embodiments of the present invention comprise: obtaining identification information of an MTC gateway and the MTC client device; generating a QoS parameter request according to the identification information; sending the QoS parameter request to a Home Subscriber Server (HSS); receiving a QoS parameter sent from the HSS in response to the QoS parameter request; sending the QoS parameter to a Trusted Wireless Access Gateway (TWAG), the TWAG receiving the QoS parameter sent from an AAA server; obtaining device information of the MTC client device; adjusting the QoS parameter according to the device information of the MTC client device and performing QoS control over the MTC client device according to the adjusted QoS parameter. The present invention is mainly applicable to the QoS control process.
