PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition provided with excellent releasability and blocking resistance.SOLUTION: Provided is a resin composition containing a 4-methyl-1-pentene polymer including the 4-methyl-1-pentene polymer (B) in an amount of 0.01 to 10 mass parts relative to 100 mass parts of at least one resin (A) selected from the group consisting of thermoplastic resins and thermosetting resins. The 4-methyl-1-pentene polymer (B) has an intrinsic viscosity [&eegr;], as measured in a decalin (B1) solvent at 135°C, in a range of 0.01 dl/g or more but less than 0.50 dl/g.
