PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotography member having a fluororesin surface layer, which can stably maintain rubber elasticity for a long time and is formed by melting fluororesin powder, and to provide a fixing member that ensures stable image quality of an electrophotographic image, a fixing device, and an electrophotographic image forming device.SOLUTION: An electrophotography member includes a base material, a cured silicone rubber elastic layer, and a fluororesin surface layer formed by melting fluororesin powder. When micro-hardness of cured rubber constituting the cured silicone rubber elastic layer is denoted by H, and micro-hardness to be obtained when the cured rubber is cured after immersing the cured rubber in methyl hydrodiene silicone oil for 24 hours is denoted by H, H/His from 2.5 to 5.0. |
