PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document authority violation detecting device which solves a problem that while it is possible to investigate whether or not an adequate authority is endowed to each document by the unit of individual user, a large amount of time is required to investigate adequateness of authority for all users or organizations, so that it is impossible to perform an efficient investigation.SOLUTION: A document authority violation detecting device includes: position information calculation means for calculating a position average, which is an average value of positions of a user at which an authority has been endowed to the document, by using position ranks representative of a height of a position of the user for each document to which an authority to access a document is endowed by the unit of a user or a group to which the user belongs, and further calculating a position rank distribution, which is a distribution value of the position ranks; and single document detection means for detecting the document whose position rank average is lower than a prescribed value, and whose position rank distribution is smaller than a prescribed value as a violation document for which violation exists in the endowment of the authority. |
