An end cap (1) is provided to a linear motion guide device which is configured so that the bottom surface of a guide rail is disposed on a surface, the angle of which relative to a horizontal plane is within the range of 0° to 180°, inclusive. Oil supply holes (6) are formed at multiple positions in the outer peripheral surface of the end cap (1). Direction change paths (4) connect the rolling body return paths of a slider body and rolling body rolling paths, the rolling body rolling paths being formed between the guide rail and the slider body. Oil path closing wall members (W) close oil paths (8) which extend along multiple routes and which connect the oil supply holes (6) and the direction change paths (4). The direction change paths (4) and the oil supply holes (6) are selectively connected by selectively opening the oil path closing wall members (W) according to the angle of the surface on which the bottom surface of the guide rail is disposed. |
