This wireless communication apparatus is provided with a plurality of antennas (110A, 110B) to be used for reception diversity, a transmitting section (223), a divider (130), and a phase shifter (140). The divider is disposed on a transmission line that connects the antennas and the transmitting section to each other, and divides signals outputted from the transmitting section to the antennas when the signals are transmitted. The phase shifter is provided at least on one of a plurality of transmission lines that respectively connect the divider and the antennas to each other.
