The method involves arranging a material sample (P) in a tester (1). A thrust portion of the tester is contacted with the material sample based upon the generation of biasing force (FFeder). The thrust portion is driven over a drive unit (2) of the tester, in order to pressurize the material sample over the thrust portion with a dynamic load, so that the biasing force is generated pneumatically. The separate bias unit (3) of the tester is driven by the drive unit for generating the biasing force. The material sample is made of a cement grout or a resin. An independent claim is included for tester for testing maximum stress of durability material sample under dynamic burden.
