<p>A punch blade, provided in a cutting die for punching sheets such as cardboard and paperboard, for which strength has been improved and which inhibits the occurrence of scraps, paper dust, and the like. The centers of curvature (7a, 7b) of arcuate faces (6a, 6b) are set on straight lines (8a, 8b) orthogonally intersecting both plane faces (5a, 5b) of a blade base (1), and radii of curvature (Ra, Rb) of the arcuate faces (6a, 6b) are set so that the tangential directions of the arcuate faces (6a, 6b) coincide with both plane faces (5a, 5b) of the blade base (1) and a blade tip (3) is formed on a line (c) in the center in the direction of thickness of the blade base (1).</p> |
