Provided are a liquid crystal display module and a liquid crystal display device. The liquid crystal display module comprises: a back panel (100), a light source support frame (145), and a frame (200) arranged on the back panel (100). No sidewall (101) is arranged at the edge of the back panel (100) where the light source support frame (145) is arranged at. The frame (200) has arranged thereon at least one connecting bar (210). The connecting bar (210) and the light source support frame (145) are fixed to each other via an engaging part (7a and 7b) and a groove (3a and 3b) engaged with each other. The engaging part (7a and 7b) and the groove (3a and 3b) respectively are arranged on the connecting bar (210) and on the light source support frame (145), or, the engaging part (7a and 7b) and the groove (3a and 3b) respectively are arranged on the light source support frame (145) and on the connecting bar (210). Because no sidewall (101) is arranged at the edge of the back panel (100) where the light source support frame (145) is arranged at, a narrowed edge frame design is implemented for the liquid crystal display module, and an increase in the installation efficiency of the liquid crystal display module is facilitated.
