<p>Disclosed is a process for manufacturing a hydrogel pad, comprising the following steps sequentially: bag making, preparing a hydrogel raw material, filling, curing, and packaging; the process uses a normal temperature polymerization accelerant and an initiator to be mixed in the bag, the chemical reaction can happen under conditions of room temperature and heat is released, so as to achieve the chemical heating to promote the formation of the hydrogel without heating by an outer heat source, and reduce the energy consumption in the production; and the process uses a conveyor belt shaping device for pressing and shaping the hydrogel, and the conveyor belt shaping device can perform shaping continuously and at a high efficiency, is easy to operate, has large work capacity, reduces the production costs and improves the production efficiency. The hydrogel obtained has a strong utility and beautiful appearance.</p> |
