PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change design of a planetary gear apparatus baffle unit in accordance with an apparatus to be applied.SOLUTION: In a planetary gear apparatus (1) including a sun gear (5) having external teeth, a plurality of planetary gears (7) having external teeth and allowed to be engaged with the sun gear, a ring gear (9) having internal teeth and allowed to be engaged with the planetary gears, and a baffle unit (19b) arranged between the adjacent planetary gears to collect lubrication oil (OL) to a collection chamber (75) formed in its inside, the baffle unit includes a drain port (81) for draining a part of the lubrication oil collected to the collection chamber in an axial direction and a ring gear oil supply hole (79) for draining the other part of the lubrication oil to the diameter-direction outside and supplying the lubrication oil to the ring gear, and a dam member (83) for blocking a part of the drain port and securing the lubrication oil drained from the ring gear oil supply hole is arranged independently of the baffle unit. |
