PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a terminal service monitoring device which can manage servers and others, prevent degradation of performance, and also provide terminal service.SOLUTION: A system which provides terminal service, comprises: terminal servers 100 which execute processing of application programs and perform processing of data transmitted from client devices 400 connected via a network 500; and a file server 200 which transmits data on the basis of request to the terminal servers 100. In the system, a terminal service monitoring device comprises: monitoring data collection processing means 310 which collects data concerning a load on the file server 200; and performance determination processing means 320 which instructs the terminal servers 100 to adjust terminal service provision to the new client device 400 according to a state of the file server 200 determined on the basis of data collected by the monitoring data collection processing means 310. |
